Concept
Guests choose a boutique hotel by feeling, then compare prices on booking platforms. The site has to win the feeling and then make booking directly the easiest option.
The pages are paced like a film: slow wide shots, details, a pause, and a booking bar that is always one tap away.
Challenge
Most bookings went through platforms with a high commission. The old site looked like a template, and the booking engine opened on a separate, unbranded page.
- A share of direct bookings that pays for the site
- Atmosphere in the first five seconds
- Booking available from every page
